When will my order arrive?

We dispatch in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes about 5–10 business days. Shipping is free to the US, UK, Australia, Norway, Denmark and Sweden.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Every order arrives in a plain, unmarked box with no product name on the outside, and your bank statement shows a neutral billing name.

What is your guarantee?

Which pillow size should I choose?

Regular (21 × 14 × 11 in) suits most couples and has a softer feel. Bigger & Stiffer (23 × 15 × 12 in) is firmer with a larger surface. Both hold a 27° lift.

How much weight does the stool hold?

Up to 400 lb. It measures 24 × 16 × 14 in and folds flat for storage.

How do I clean my pillow?

Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold. A spare Washable Reusable Cover comes free with the pillow.
